ITS Holdco, parent company of UK connectivity provider ITS Technology Group, has reported revenue of GBP 34.49 million for the year to 31 December 2024, up from GBP 26.85 million a year earlier. The Federal Communications Commission has lifted a rule requiring Verizon to unlock customer phones 60 days after they become a customer. Neos Networks has reported a loss after tax of GBP 70.7 million for the year to 31 March 2025, down from a year-earlier loss of GBP 83 million. The group improved sales during the year, focusing on recurring revenue across its core telecoms installation and maintenance contracts. Neos Networks made an operating loss of GBP 46.8 million for the year, down from a loss of GBP 63.6 million in FY2 -  significantly reducing administrative expenses as part of a 5-year plan to boost profitability.

Paramount Skydance has filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros Discovery calling for greater financial disclosure from the company about how it decided on the rival takeover offer from Netflix. Paramount said it would also propose its own slate of directors at the next WBD shareholders meeting in an effort to gain support for its position. The announcement follows Warner rejecting the higher takeover bid from Paramount in favour of the earlier agreed Netflix deal.

Ericsson Spain is set to become the latest Spanish telecommunications company to launch a redundancy process, reports Europa Press, citing a letter sent to workers' representatives.
